By accessing and using Leakr, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Service Description

Leakr is an educational assistance tool that uses artificial intelligence to analyze past exam papers and predict potential future topics. The service is intended for study guidance purposes only.

3. No Guarantees

Predictions generated by Leakr are based on pattern analysis and are not guaranteed to be accurate. We do not guarantee that predicted topics will appear on any actual exam. Users should use predictions as one of many study tools and not rely solely on them.

4. Educational Use Only

This app is designed for educational assistance only. It should not be used for any form of academic dishonesty. Users are responsible for adhering to their institution's academic integrity policies.

5. Limitation of Liability

Leakr and its creators are not liable for any exam outcomes, academic results, or decisions made based on predictions provided by the service. Use the service at your own discretion.

6. Usage Limits

Free tier users may upload up to 15 MB per user and are limited to 1 analysis per day with a maximum of 2 papers per analysis. Paid subscription tiers offer configurable higher limits as described on the subscription page. We reserve the right to modify these limits at any time.

7. Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed according to the selected billing cycle. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Refund policies apply as described at the time of purchase.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
